Garlands and Balloon Kits
Has a balloon kit caught your eye, but you're not sure if you can build it like it's pictured? Look no further for a solution! I will purchase the kit for you and build your balloon kit, supplementing it with extra balloons as needed to make sure it looks just like you dreamed. Already have the kit yourself? Great! We can decide if your project will need prep work, and go from there! (Not recommended for outdoor setups)
